I'm excited! There's a new sewing contest celebrating Sewaholic as an independent pattern company over on PatternReview.com. I'm definitely going to enter, since I'm already working on another Sewaholic Alma.
Another exciting part of the contest, is that my Cambie is used as an example. Apparently, it's one of the Member's favourites. Yay!
According to the Mary Sue, Norway's public radio station will be hosting a 5 hour knitting contest. They are trying to attempt to break the world record of fastest time to make a sweater starting from shearing the sheep. The current record is 4 hours and 51 minutes!
